DMCA & takedown procedure

Radio Mirror Park is a non-commercial project dedicated to promoting indie music. We respect copyright. If you're a rights holder and want a piece of content removed, here's the procedure.

⏱️

Our commitment: takedown within 48h

Any legitimate request is processed within 48h, usually within hours. No bureaucracy, no lawyer needed — an email is enough.

How to contact us

Send your request to the address below with the required info. Prefix the subject with [DMCA] for priority handling:

EMAIL
dmca@mirror-park-radio.vercel.app
Alternative: noreply@riton.app (main inbox, standard turnaround).

What your request must include

Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) (DMCA) and equivalent EU requirements, your notification must include:

  1. 1. Content identification: track title, artist, and direct link to where it's being broadcast (Vercel URL or YouTube live).
  2. 2. Identification of original work: proof you hold the rights (e.g. ISRC, official Spotify/Apple Music link, publishing contract).
  3. 3. Your contact info: name, organization, postal address, phone, email.
  4. 4. Good faith statements: "I believe in good faith that the use is not authorized" + "the information is accurate, I am authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder."
  5. 5. Signature: electronic or scanned handwritten.

What happens next

  1. Within 24h: acknowledgment by email. If the request is complete, we remove the content immediately.
  2. Within 48h: the track is removed from rotation and added to our ban list (to prevent accidental re-upload).
  3. Confirmation: recap email with takedown time and ticket number.

Counter-notification

If you're the uploader of content removed in error, you can submit a counter-notification to the same address proving you hold the rights or benefit from an exception (fair use, public domain, Creative Commons license, etc.).

For labels — friendly partnership

Instead of removal, we can usually find an arrangement: on-air credit, link to your platforms, or proportional remuneration if the radio generates revenue someday. Reach out in advance, we're open to dialogue.

Legal notice
